Bye-Bye Code, Hello Designs: My Quest to Be the Best Brand Designer

Oh, how the tables have turned! I’ve officially made the switch to designing—purely designing. Yep, no more coding for this potato designer mate! You know, I gave coding my best shot, but honestly, it felt like trying to teach a fish to climb a tree. It’s not that I didn’t try—oh, I did, and how—but it just didn’t click for me. The loops, the syntax errors, the debugging—it was like solving a Rubik’s cube blindfolded (spoiler: I’m terrible at those too). So, here I am now, fully embracing the world of design, aiming to be the best brand designer out there.

Let’s be real; it’s going to take a lot of effort. There’s no magic wand to wave or shortcut to take, but I’ve realized something truly profound: I love what I do, and even if I fail, it’s a “win fail.” Yes, you heard that right—a win fail. Why? Because I tried. I gave it my all. And there’s something incredibly liberating about going all in on the thing you love, even if it’s terrifyingly hard. I keep telling myself, "Saptarshi, you’ve got this!" (and yes, I refer to myself in third person sometimes).

The path to becoming the best brand designer isn’t smooth—there are moments of doubt, times when the design block hits harder than your morning coffee—but it’s also thrilling. Every project I take on feels like a step closer to my goal. And let’s not forget the eco-conscious projects I’ve been diving into, like the Eco X Project. Speaking of which, the Eco X Project holds a special place in my heart because it’s my very first branding project! Through this, I learned so much about the nuances of branding and the joy of creating something meaningful from scratch. It’s not just about pretty visuals anymore; it’s about creating brands that matter, that make an impact.

So, here’s to the journey, the struggles, the wins, and yes, even the fails. They’re all part of the story, and I’m here for it all. Let’s design some magic, shall we?
